Always know what to say.

OnSubject.AI listens to your interview, meeting or debate, and it knows your documents in detail. It puts the right answer on your screen in about a second. The answers use your facts and sound like you.

You know the feeling

The hardest part of a conversation is the second after the question.

The answer is somewhere: in your CV, in last quarter's numbers or on page 14 of the contract. But it isn't in your head right now.

Your mind goes blank

After an unexpected question or a tough tone, a story that you've told a hundred times can disappear from your head. You still know it, but the pressure drowns it out.

The fact is in a file

You need an exact figure, a clause or a date. It's in a document that you can't open while everyone is looking at you.

The perfect reply comes tomorrow

The best answer always comes after the conversation is over. It comes to you in the shower, on the drive home or at 2 a.m.

OnSubject.AI was built for that second. It hears the question and finds what you know about it. Then it gives you the words, so you can stay calm and keep your attention on the conversation.

Fluently, Real Time, Really

Faster than an awkward pause.

0.6seconds*

That's the time from the moment you press Answer to the first words on your screen. The full answer follows within about 2 seconds. It's written word by word, so you can start reading right away.

*This is the typical time to the first words on a good internet connection. It varies with your connection and the length of your documents.

  • 1It's always listening. Each sentence is turned into text while the next one is spoken.
  • 2It's ready before you ask. Your Scenario and its documents are loaded the moment you start.
  • 3It doesn't wait for silence. When you press Answer, it finishes the transcript of the last sentence at once.
  • 4It shows the answer as it writes. You read the first line while the rest is still arriving.

How it works

Prepare once, then press one key.

You don't have to write prompts during the call or switch to another window. OnSubject.AI stays on top of your screen, or out of sight in the background, until you need it.

  1. Give it your context

Create a Scenario. Write down who you are, what you want and how you like to answer. Then add your files, such as your CV, the job description, the agenda, the contract, slides and spreadsheets.

  2. Start listening

Join your call as usual. OnSubject.AI writes down what's said on your PC as it happens, and shows who said what. With your phone, it can also listen in the room.

  3. Press "Answer"

Press it in the window or on your phone, or use its keyboard shortcut from any app. The answer appears in about a second. It gives you the exact words to say and the key facts as bullet points, and it's built from your documents.

Everything about Scenarios and options

Everything you need in the moment

Small window. Fair advantage?

Answers from your documents

It reads PDF, Word, PowerPoint (with speaker notes), Excel, notes and images, and even whole folders and code repositories. It quotes your facts only.

Ask without leaving your call

A keyboard shortcut works while you're in Zoom, Teams or your browser, even when OnSubject.AI is in the background. It never steals your cursor or your call.

It sees what you see

Add a screenshot to any question. You can also draw a box around only the part that matters, such as the slide, the chart or the coding problem. Next time, press Enter to send the same area again.

Follow-ups make sense

You can ask "Can you expand on that?" because it remembers the answers that it already gave you in this conversation. The next answer builds on them and never contradicts you.

Three next questions

Every answer ends with 3 questions that might follow next, or that go deeper. Click one. It appears in the transcript, marked Follow-up, and its answer is written at once. The same buttons are on your phone.

A transcript that you control

Fix a word that was misheard, remove small talk or type the exact question. Answers always use your corrected version, and Undo is always one click away.

Your phone, as a second screen

See the transcript and the answers on your phone, snap a photo of a question, or let the phone listen in a meeting room. You don't need to install anything from an app store.

Answers in your style

Choose a word-for-word script, one line plus bullet points, bullet points only, or a single sentence. Set the length, the language and the tone for each Scenario.

Remember conversations

Each Scenario saves its conversations as you talk: lines, times, speakers, suggestions. Pick it again tomorrow and it all comes back.

Speaks your language

It transcribes and answers in dozens of languages. It can reply in the language of the conversation, or always in the language that you choose.

Phone companion

Your phone becomes a second screen and a second pair of ears.

Scan a QR code, and your phone shows the live transcript and every answer, in sync with your PC. You don't need an app store or an account, and you don't have to install anything.

  • Snap a photo of a whiteboard, a slide or a printed question, and it's answered at once.
  • Let it listen in a meeting room. It tells your voice apart from the others' voices by how loud each one is.
  • Leave the PC in the background: OnSubject.AI keeps running out of sight on your computer while you see everything on your phone.
  • Private by design: the phone talks to your own PC over your Wi-Fi, and the connection is encrypted.

Scenarios

A folder that turns into expertise.

Every situation gets its own "Scenario" in OnSubject.AI: a folder with your instructions, your files and its own memory of your conversations. You can edit it in the app or in any editor, and the app picks up your changes as you make them.

  • START-HERE.md: who you are, what you want and how to answer. You write it in plain words, and you don't need any prompt tricks.
  • Your files are read automatically: your CV, the job description, the agenda, contracts, slides, spreadsheets and diagrams.
  • Huge knowledge bases (thousands of files) are supported, indexed on your PC and searched for every question.
  • Its own memory: every conversation is saved in the Scenario's folder, and it's taken into account the next time.
  • 5 ready-made Scenarios to start with: Job Interview, Technical Interview, Work Meeting, Debate & Negotiation, Sales Pitch.

Take the tour

Designed to stay out of your way.

The window is small and stays on top of your call. It can also run in the background while your phone shows you everything. You can change the keyboard shortcuts, and the settings are easy to understand. Click any screenshot to see it full size.

Privacy first

Your conversations belong to you.

Stored on your PC

Your Scenarios, documents, transcripts and answers are stored on your computer. Your document index is built and kept there too.

Sent only when you ask

OnSubject.AI doesn't send anything for an answer until you press Answer. Then it encrypts and sends only what that answer needs. If you want the audio to stay on your PC too, use your PC's speech detection.

Phone to PC, directly

The phone companion connects straight to your PC on your own Wi-Fi. The connection is encrypted with your PC's own certificate, and it never passes through our servers.

Questions

Quick answers to good questions.

Can the other people see OnSubject.AI?

No. OnSubject.AI is a window on your own screen, and the phone companion is on your own phone. It doesn't join your call, send messages or speak. By default, the window stays on your screen but is left out of screen sharing and recordings, so the people on the call don't see it even when you share your whole screen. You can turn this off for a Scenario, under Scenario details in the Scenario editor, if you want to share the window. It applies only while that Scenario is selected.

Does it make things up?

It's told to answer from your Scenario: your instructions, your documents and the conversation. So the answers use your CV, numbers and arguments. Like any AI, it can be wrong, so you stay in charge. You choose what to say, in your own words.

Which apps does it work with?

It works with anything that plays sound on your PC: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Slack, WhatsApp, a browser or a phone call through your PC. Your microphone adds your own voice. For meetings in a room, your phone can listen instead.

Am I allowed to use it in an interview?

That depends on the rules of the interview, and you should respect them. Some processes allow notes and tools, and some don't. OnSubject.AI works from what's true about you. It's as useful for preparing as it is in the live conversation. Read how we think about responsible use.

What happens after the free trial?

After 7 days, you pick the plan that fits, or you stop. You didn't give us a card, so you don't have to cancel anything. We don't charge anything automatically. Your Scenarios, documents and conversations stay on your PC either way.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can write an email and drag a file into a folder, you can set up a Scenario in 5 minutes. The tutorials walk you through it.
