Clear limits
How the limits work, in plain words.
What counts as an answer
Every answer that OnSubject.AI writes for you counts once. It can come from the Answer button or its hotkey, a typed question, Answer + screen, a part of the screen, or a photo from your phone. An answer that you stop or restart doesn't count. The documents that it opens by itself to answer you don't count either.
When you reach your limit
We tell you when you reach 80%. At 100%, listening, the transcript and saving keep working. New answers start again when your month renews. You can also upgrade in one click and carry on right away. You only pay the difference.
When your AI transcription hours run out
Listening doesn't stop. OnSubject.AI switches to your PC's speech detection by itself, for the rest of the month. If it has to, it switches in the middle of a sentence.
Your files never depend on your plan
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like. Your Scenarios, documents and conversations are files on your PC. They stay yours, whatever you choose.

Before you decide
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Download OnSubject.AI and create your account in the app. Then the 7-day trial of Ultimate starts. We don't charge you anything unless you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan, or you don't. Without a plan, OnSubject.AI stops writing answers. Your Scenarios, documents and conversations stay on your PC, ready for when you come back.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can do both at any time, from your account. An upgrade applies right away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month that you've paid for.
Do unused answers roll over?
No. Each month starts with your plan's full allowance.
Which plan should I pick?
For a few interviews or important calls a month, pick Starter. For meetings or interviews every week, pick Pro. If you're in conversations every day, use your phone in meeting rooms, or work with big knowledge bases, pick Ultimate. If you're not sure, start the free trial and look at how many answers you actually use.

How do I pay?
