The rules for using OnSubject.AI.

The product

OnSubject.AI is a Windows app that listens to a live conversation, reads the documents you gave it, and shows you what to say. The first words usually appear in about 0.6 seconds, and the full answer is usually there in about 2 seconds. It never joins the call, sends a message, or speaks. You decide what to say. Your Scenarios, documents, and conversations stay on your PC. The answers can be wrong. You decide what to say. OnSubject.AI does not promise a job, a sale, or a hiring outcome.

The trial and the plans

Creating an account starts a 7-day trial of Ultimate. You do not need a card, and we do not charge you automatically when the trial ends. The trial includes 40 answers, 15 of them with a screenshot or photo, 3 hours of AI transcription, and unlimited use of your PC's speech detection. After that you choose a plan or you stop. Without a plan, the app stops writing answers. Your Scenarios, documents, and conversations stay on your PC.

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars. The prices on the pricing page are the prices. Local taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout. An upgrade applies right away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. You can cancel from your account.

Each answer the app writes for you counts once. That includes the Answer button, a hotkey, a typed question, a screenshot, a part of the screen, or a photo from your phone. An answer you stop or restart does not count. Documents the app opens by itself do not count. Unused answers do not roll over. At the limit, listening, the transcript, and saving keep working. New answers start when the month renews, or right away if you upgrade.

What you may not do

• Do not use OnSubject.AI in an exam or a certification test. Those tests measure what you can do on your own.
• Do not let the app make a hiring decision. It can suggest a question and organise evidence. People decide. Use the same scorecard for every candidate.
• Respect the rules of the interview or the meeting. Some allow notes. Some forbid outside help.

Other people's voices

In many places you must tell the other people, or get their consent, before you record or transcribe a conversation. That duty is yours. OnSubject.AI does not join the call and does not announce itself to the other participants.

Your files

Scenarios, documents, the search index, and conversations are files on your PC. You delete them like any other file. When you ask for an answer, the passages that answer needs are sent over an encrypted connection. The privacy page is the description of what is sent and what stays. We only work with AI providers that do not use your data to train their models.

This website

The marketing site may use Google Analytics only after you allow it. Advertising cookies stay off. The privacy page explains the choice. Checkout links go to the billing service. They are not a second copy of the pricing page.
