What it is
A window that shows you what to say.
OnSubject.AI is a Windows app that listens to a live conversation, reads the documents you gave it, and shows you what to say. The first words usually appear in about 0.6 seconds, and the full answer is usually there in about 2 seconds. It never joins the call, sends a message, or speaks. You decide what to say. Your Scenarios, documents, and conversations stay on your PC.
What it does not do
- It does not join Zoom, Teams, Meet, or any other call.
- It does not speak, send a chat message, or take the conversation over.
- It is not a notetaker that stays in the meeting and writes the minutes afterwards. Minutes appear when you ask.
- It is not a chatbot you paste a question into after the call. You ask while the conversation is happening.
- It does not score candidates or make the hiring decision.
- There is no Mac app. It runs on Windows 10 and 11. The phone companion is a page from your PC, not an app-store install.
- Exams and certification tests are out of bounds. That answer is in the FAQ.
Someone who wants a transcript and action items with nobody reading an answer during the call should use a meeting bot. Someone who is not in the conversation should use a general chatbot. OnSubject.AI is for the person who has to speak next, from documents they already have.

Questions
Does it join my meeting or speak for me?
No. It never joins a call, sends a message or speaks. It's a window on your screen (and your phone) that only you see. You decide what to say, in your own words. The same answer on the FAQ.
Is it a meeting notetaker?
No. A notetaker joins or records so that someone can read the notes later. OnSubject.AI shows you what to say while you are still in the conversation. If you ask it to write decisions and action points, it writes them from the transcript and your files. It does not stay in the meeting as a participant.
Can I use it in exams or certification tests?
Please don't. Exams and tests are designed to measure what you can do on your own. Using any outside help breaks their rules. The same answer on the FAQ.
